Born on 22nd April 1958 in Zduńska Wola. In 1983 graduated from the Electronics Faculty of the Institute of Cybernetic Engineering in Wrocław University of Technology. Completed post-graduate studies at the Electronics Faculty of Wrocław University of Technology in microprocessor design (1984) and in Poznań School of Management (1990). 1990 - obtained the degree of Doctor of Biomechanics at the Biomechanics Department of the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław. 1983-1990 - worked at the University School of Physical Education in Wrocław. Since 1990 owns and operates a construction material production plant and a real estate rental business. Built a joint-stock company from the ground up, which after 10 years of operations debuted on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Was twice chairman of the board of directors of BUDVAR Centrum S.A. (window manufacturer) in Zduńska Wola (1997-2004 and from 2006). Served twice as chairman of a social council: at the Independent Public Healthcare Unit in Zduńska Wola (2003-2007) and at the "Primate Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński" Independent Public Healthcare Unit in Sieradz (2007). Between 2002 and 2006 - member of Zduńska Wola Town Council, 2006-2007 - deputy to Łódzkie Provincial Parliament. Member of the Business Centre Club. Member of the Civic Platform Party of Poland and chairman of its municipal section in Zduńska Wola. Married, has two children. |
