Born on 20th January 1973 in Płock.

In 1997 graduated from the Construction and Agricultural Machinery Faculty of Warsaw University of Technology. In 1998 completed post-graduate business marketing management studies at the Collegium of Business Administration of Warsaw School of Economics. In 2007 obtained the title of Executive Master of Business Administration from the "Leon Koźmiński" Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw.

Started his professional career in 1998 at Naftoremont-Naftobudowa Sp. z o.o. (oil industry installation repair and construction plant) in Płock. Between 1999 and 2007 was director and then chairman of the Business Support Centre in Płock. Concurrently ran a private business consultancy practice. Consultant on entrepreneurship and European Union assistance funds.

Operates a crop farm.

Between 2004 and 2007 was member of supervisory boards of several companies, foundations and associations including the Płock Region Partnership, Association of Towns on Vistula River in Toruń, Płock District Chamber of Commerce and Personnel Ownership Union in Warsaw. In 2007 coordinated the development of the KIGNET National Chamber of Commerce System of Supporting Increased Competitiveness of Polish Enterprises. From 2002 to 2006 was secretary of the supervisory board of Wodociągi Płockie Spółka z o.o. (municipal water supply company) in Płock. Former member of the board of Polish Photovoltaic Society in Warsaw and the Local Group "Acting for Development" in Bodzanów, Płock district. In 2006-2007 was deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Miejskie Zakłady Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Spółka z o.o. (municipal housing management company) in Płock.

Member of Płock Scientific Society.

In 2006-2007 was member of Płock City Council.

Has no political party affiliation.

Married, has two children.
