Born on 25th January 1959 in Staniątki (Małopolskie Province). In 1987 graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Medical Academy in Krakow. In 1996 obtained Level II Specialization in internal diseases. In 1988-1989 worked at the healthcare unit in Krakow Pogórze. W 1989 worked at the University Hospital in Krakow and then, until 1998, at Jagellonian University Collegium Medicum. Between 1998 and 2006 worked again at the University Hospital. In 2006 was director of Małopolskie Public Health Centre in Krakow. In 2006-2007 was governor of Małopolskie Province. Member of the Law and Justice political party and its representative in Wieliczka District. Married, has one child. |
