Born on 19th March 1962 in Lublin.
In 1987, graduated from the Medical Faculty at Wrocław Medical University. In 1992, obtained Level II specialization in internal diseases and, in 1995, Level I specialization in psychiatry. Completed the Post-Graduate Study Program in Healthcare Organization Management offered by Warsaw School of Economics.
Since 1987, worked continuously at the hospital in Gryfów Śląski as, successively, intern, assistant, deputy ward director and chief physician. Served as forensic physician and medical court expert. In 2002, was appointed medical deputy director of the Independent Public Healthcare Unit Complex in Lwówek Śląski.
Founded the Solidarity Trade Union local at the hospital in Gryfów Śląski and was member of the Ethics Committee of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Physicians and Dentists in Wrocław.
1994-1998 - member of a commune council and, at the same time, deputy to the Jelenia Góra Provincial Parliament. 1998-2005 - member of the Lwówek Śląski District Council (chairman of the Council from 1998 to 2002).
Author of publications on social and ethical topics. Creator and founder of a secondary school competition "Polish Rights to Silesia".
1996-2001 - member of the Real Politics Union. Presently member of the Law and Justice political party.
Married, has four children.
