Born on 22nd June 1955 in Wschowa (Lubuskie Province).

In 1978, graduated from the University School of Physical Education in Poznań, Gorzów Wielkopolski branch, and then completed post-graduate studies at Szczecin University in revalidation education (1998) and in organization and management of social assistance and social work (2001).

For many years taught at the Academy of Physical Education in Gorzów Wielkopolski and then served as school inspector. In 1998, was appointed director of the Provincial Social Assistance Team. 1999-2002 - director of the Social Affairs Department of Lubuskie Provincial Administration. Lately lectured at the State Higher Vocational School in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Completed numerous training programs in human resource management, quality assurance management in public administration and healthcare management. Is certified to serve as a member of the supervisory board of a State Treasury enterprise.

1994-2005 - member of the Gorzów Town Council. 2002-2005 - chairman of the Committee on the Family and Social Affairs, then deputy chairman of the Town Council.

Also chaired the Town Council Members' Law and Justice Club.

Member of the Lubuskie Regional Board of the Law and Justice political party.

Married, has two children.
