Born on 4th May 1949 in Ulanów (Podkarpackie Province).

In 1973, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Lublin Medical Academy. Obtained Specialization Level I in Internal Diseases in 1979 and Specialization Level II in 1987. Since 1999, also holds Specialization Level II in Nephrology. Since 1973, works at the District Hospital in Kolbuszowa (Independent Public Healthcare Unit): 1995-2002 - Hospital Medical Deputy Director; from 1993 - Head of the Hospital Dialysis Treatment and Nephrology Department.

1998-2005 - member of the Kolbuszowa District Council.

Member of the Podkarpacie Province Board of the League of Polish Families.

Married, has three children.
