Born on 2nd January 1952 in Kolonia Kalinowiec (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province).

In 1975, graduated from the Faculty of Zootechnology at Olsztyn Academy of Agricultural Technology.

After graduation, worked until 1978 at a state farm in Chodeczko as manager of an agricultural production plant. Then was deputy commercial director of the Farm Animal Trading Enterprise in Włocławek. Since 1991, operates his own farm.

1998-2005 - member of Aleksandrów Kujawski District Council.

Chairman of the Polish Hunting Association chapter in Bądków.

No political party affiliation.

Married, has two children.
