Born on 9th October 1962 in Łask.

In 1980, completed a basic vocational school in Zduńska Wola and, in 1991, a secondary vocational college. In 1998, received a Bachelor's degree from the Higher School of Commerce in Zgierz and, in 2000, a Master's degree from the Management Faculty of Paweł Włodkowic University College in Płock.

Between 1980 and 1985, worked for the State Road Transportation Authority in Zduńska Wola. Between 1985 and 1987, was a driver at Spółdzielnia Transportu Wiejskiego (Rural Transport Cooperative). From 1987 to 1991, worked as warehouse manager at Związek Gminnych Spółdzielni (Union of Gmina Cooperatives). Between 1991 and 2005, operated his own trading business.

Member of the Self-Defence Party of the Republic of Poland.

Has three children.
