Born on 11th November 1961 in Dolsk (Wielkopolskie Province).

In 1987, graduated from the Faculty of History and, in 1990, from the Faculty of Law and Administration at "Adam Mickiewicz" University in Poznań. In 1993, articled to become a judge at the Appeal Court in Poznań, and to become a legal adviser - at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

Since 1990, worked in the District Court and, since 1991, also at the Provincial Court in Poznań. Then was employed by the Poznań branch of Bank PeKaO SA. In 1993, became legal adviser to Pomorskie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe "Gryf" S.A. - an insurance company. Has been running a private legal practice since 1995. From 1996, worked at the District Labour Inspector's Office in Poznań. Since 1998 - legal adviser in the Wągrowiec branch of Bank PKO BP.

Since the late 1998, has been running a legal practice in the town of Trzcianka. Judge in the disciplinary tribunal of the professional association of lawyers.

In 2002, was elected deputy to the Wielkopolskie Provincial Parliament.

Member of the League of Polish Families.

Married, has three children.
