Born on 6th December 1961 in Krakow.

In 1986, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Silesian University (Katowice). Articled to become an attorney and, since 1991, practices the profession - currently in Bielsko-Biała. Specializes in commercial, civil and international law.

1998-2002 - member of Bielsko-Biała City Council; 2003-2005 - deputy to Silesian Province Parliament.

Active member of lawyers' self-governing body. In 2005, was entered on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice.

Founding member of the association Bezpieczna Wieś, Bezpieczne Miasto, Bezpieczna Polska, which promotes public safety, and Koalicja Marek Ziem Górskich, an association which promotes tourism in the mountainous regions of Żywiec and Podhale.

Member of the Podbeskidzie Regional Council of the Law and Justice political party.

Married, has two children.
