Born on 21st July 1971 in Wieluń.

In 1995, graduated from Wrocław University Faculty of Law and Administration. In 1997, completed court articling at the District Court in Opole. In 2005, completed articling to become a legal adviser at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. Is a doctoral student at Wrocław University Faculty of Law and Administration.

1998-1999 - legal counsel at Opole Healthcare Fund. 1999 - Privatization Manager in the Department of Economic Management and European Integration at the Opole Province Administration. 1999-2000 - Director of the Regional Post Office Branch in Opole. In 2001, became Deputy Manager of the Legal Department of the Social Insurance Fund in Opole, then, the same year, Deputy Director of the Opole Branch of the PFRON State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Handicapped, and, finally, Representative of the Chairman of the PFRON Management Board. In 2004-2005, served as bankruptcy trustee of the Independent Public Healthcare Unit in Częstochowa. Since 2003, manages the
