Born on 20th April 1954 in Grądy (Podlaskie Province).

In 1974, completed the Secondary Automotive School in Olsztyn and, in 1979, studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Military University of Technology. After graduation, became a professional soldier. 1979-2003 - in military service, advanced to the post of commander of 1511 Military Unit and commandant of Łomża Garrison. After retiring from the service, owned a recreational shooting range. Conducted shooting training and organized military historical excursions in Łomża region. Owns the Forty Piątnica museum. As deputy chairman of the Club Fort Association, cultivates Polish military traditions. Also owns an agricultural production farm.

Member of the League of Polish Families.

Married, has three children.
