Born on 9th February 1949 in the town of Górki Grubaki (Mazowsze Province).

Graduated from the Agricultural Faculty of Warsaw Agricultural University in 1980. In 2000, completed post-graduate studies at the Agricultural Economics Faculty of the Academy.

In 1990, became a councillor and administrator of the gmina of Korytnica. Farm owner.

Member of the Law and Justice political party. Member of its Mazowsze Regional Board.

Married, father of three children.
